• Place your order using the form below. After you receive a deposit instruction message, please make the payment to confirm your reservation.
• All coffees are expected to arrive in early March.
• If you would like to exclusively purchase an entire lot from a small farm, please contact us directly. (We are preparing a database-based process so that existing customers can be prioritized and continue purchasing.)

*Purism

Purism is our project to deliver coffee in its purest form, minimizing processing-driven flavors and expressing the producer’s values and the farm’s terroir as clearly as possible.

For the past three years, we have actively communicated what our brand can do for Panama producers. Although production dropped sharply this year, our continued investment has given us the foundation to secure better coffees than anyone else.

So far, we are moving forward with collaborations with Black Moon, Symbiosis, Pergamino, Longboard, and Agricola.

If you are interested in coffees made through the Purism project, please let us know. We believe these could become signature coffees that represent each farm this year.
